Registration and Payment
A deposit of $300 must be received 60 days prior to the selected program. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the program. There will be a $25 administrative fee for processing refunds. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON THE $300 DEPOSIT. Please mail or fax the following information:
