Cuesta Associate Arts Degree Graduation Requirements
60 semester units completed with a C (2.0) average; 12 of those units
at Cuesta, including 18 units of General Ed, English and Math competency,
health education (take 3 unit course to fulfill Area E requirement as well:
HEED 2, 3, 8; FAMST 18, or NUTR 10), and completion of diversity requirements ** (Dairy Science recommends Spanish to fulfill both diversity and Area C2 requirements).
Those interested in admission to Cal Poly should continue taking more than the minimum 18 units of GE courses, and must fulfill Area A and math requirements. Math 42 will complete Area B requirements, but *Math
32 will require additional math or statistics units. Check with advisor or
Cal Poly articulation site to be sure courses will transfer.
